ISSUE closes it’s summer season with an expansive program of liberated sound featuring new work from Liturgy—the “transcendental black metal” project of composer/philosopher Hunter Hunt-Hendrix—as well as new solo work by artist/composer John Wiese, and musician, visual artist, and instrument builder Victoria Shen.

ISSUE returns to the First Unitarian Congregational Society to present an expansive program of liberated sound featuring Peter Brötzmann’s trio outfit Full Blast with Marino Pliakas & Michael Wertmüller, as well as new solo work by John Wiese and Victoria Shen.

As an improviser, Yeh is focused on developing a personal vocabulary using violin, voice, and electronics. As a sound artist/composer, Yeh works with all aspects available surrounding a work, aurally and physically, as elements key to the cumulative experience.
