The second annual Swedish Energies festival is a free two-night program presented by ISSUE Project Room, EMS, and the Consulate General of Sweden NYC, featuring a huge lineup of some of Sweden’s most exciting experimental musicians and artists.
This year’s festival showcases a range of artists working across mediums, blurring the lines between electronic music, dance, video, and installation. Both evenings feature unique collaborations between US and Swedish artists, plus a performance by Anastasia Ax, and a new film screening by Lars Siltberg on the second night. Swedish Energies is curated by Lawrence Kumpf, Mats Lindström and Joachim Nordwall.
