2008 ISSUE Artist-In-Residence Ashley Paul performs alongside longtime mentor and renowned pianist-composer Anthony Coleman. Both artists debut collaborative reinterpretations of songs by Paul, including works from her new album Lost in Shadows, as well as new compositions from Coleman.

Anthony Coleman is a composer-keyboardist who has performed and recorded throughout the world. He performs his compositions solo and in ensembles joined by Sean Conly and Satoshi Takeshi, Ashley Paul and Eli Keszler and many more.
Elliott Sharp’s 60th birthday celebration continues with a collection of his long-time friends and collaborators performing his music at ISSUE’s space at the Old American Can Factory. Among Sharp’s works to be performed are Flexagons (Orchestra Carbon), Octal (Elliott Sharp solo) and Oligosono (Jenny Lin).
