ISSUE Project Room is pleased to announce the selection of Kenneth Jiménez as 2025 Suzanne Fiol Curatorial Fellow. The artist will present a curated series of events that engage artists from the Caribbean, Central and South America, discussing music and folklore's complex relationship to tradition and genre.

Dion TYGAPAW McKenzie presents their second work in progress presentation of Devil Woman (Obeah Woman), an opera in three parts—and their 2nd commissioned project as a 2022 ISSUE Artist-In-Residence. Using Techno as their main genre of focus, the work urges us to renegotiate and expand our understanding of the genre.

Choreographer and composer Tatyana Tenenbaum continues her 2022 ISSUE residency with Long tones in the days of omer, a collaboration with independent dancer, choreographer, Jewish educator, and service leader Hadar Ahuvia. The performance will take place at Congregation Beth Elohim in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
