ISSUE Project Room and Essential Kettle are pleased to present Cassavetes & Spaghetti, an event that brings together community, artisanal food and our favorite independent filmmaker, John Cassavetes.
In homage to Cassavetes, the evening begins with * scotch on the rocks, * followed by a community-style, * three-course meal, * before the screening of A Woman Under the Influence.
Chef Anila Groft of Essential Kettle, an unique, imaginative catering company, has put together an exquisite selection of seasonal dishes inspired by the movie, such as pureed cannolini with thyme on baguette and spagghetti with grilled fennel, grilled eggplant, roasted garlic, roasted plum tomatoes, sage meatballs, fresh mozzarrella and fresh basil.
