ISSUE Project Room co-presents sound/visual installations and live performances at Ende Tymes VI on Thursday, June 2nd at Knockdown Center. The festival's opening night features a reception for installations by Carver Audain, Kenneth Curwood, MV Carbon, Scøtt Reber, Nao Nishihara, Bob Bellerue and Cecilia Lopez, followed by live performances by Jason Lescalleet, 5chimpfluch Grupp3, Heat Identity (Marcia Bassett & Stephen Conover), KILT, Hive Mind, and Aki Onda. The installations will remain on view through the duration of the festival until June 5th.
The 2016 Ende Tymes Festival of Noise and Experimental Liberation is the sixth annual celebration of Noise, Experimental Music, and Sound Art in outer NYC. Ende Tymes VI will present ~40 artists over the course of four nights at Knockdown Center and Silent Barn. The schedule is a densely packed lineup featuring a wide variety of street-level experimental music and noise art: harsh noise, avantgarde, drone, modular synthesis, and unclassifiable.
