ISSUE is pleased to present the premiere of Episodes et Mutations, an immersive performance + light installation by Leila Bordreuil & Doron Sadja. The performance is presented as a part of the French Institute Alliance Française’s Crossing The Line Festival and is performed by celebrated ensemble Mivos quartet.
A series of compositions by Bojan Vuletic, L'Écume des jours’ (The foam of the days) is inspired by and dedicated to French polymath Boris Vian's novel of the same title. With an unusual chamber ensemble including Nate Wooley (trumpet), Dan Peck (tuba), Jacqueline Kerrod (harp), and the Mivos Quartet.
ZS and Mivos Quartet come together for an evening of new chamber music and collaboration. Mivos performs works by Mario Diaz de Leon, Tristan Perich, and J.S. Bach arranged by ZS' Patrick Higgins. ZS perform selections from their recent output, including their ferocious 'Xe' in a new arrangement featuring Mivos.

Mivos Quartet and Wet Ink Ensemble present their first joint concert, featuring works by Wet Ink composers Sam Pluta, Alex Mincek, and Kate Soper. In addition to the music for quartet, Kate Soper and Joshua Modney will perform Soper's duo for voice and violin, Cipher.
Trumpet player and 2011 Artist-in-Residence Nate Wooley will premiere "Atemwende" by Yugoslavian born composer Bojan Vuletic, in a performance with the MIVOS string quartet. Following this premiere performance, Nate Wooley & Peter Evans will celebrate the release of their new amplified trumpet duo record.
