ISSUE presents the debut NYC collaborative performance from vocalist and composer Jennifer Walshe and San Francisco-based musician Wobbly (Jon Leidecker). The artists perform works ranging across their shared interest in the idiosyncrasies of digital sound and the outer reaches of online culture.
Wobbly (a.k.a. Jon Leidecker) creates laptop-free, multi-sample polyphonic music, while the violinist, electronic composer and registered veterinary nurse, Blevin Blectum, shares clanking, creaking grooves and anti-grooves. The two artists will perform solo and collaboratively this evening at ISSUE Project Room.
